I paid 3,500 THB for the 60 minute jacuzzi course, went into the room, was washed away in the jacuzzi bath, then had a back lotion massage for most of the time.As soon as I lay on my back, I was given a rubber band and no DK, so it wasn't fun at all. I'll never go there again.
It is better to go to Sukhumvit Soi 24 in terms of cost performance and service.

Imma bit late in writing this review but I had an amazing & an unforgettable experience in Aya Massage Bangkok Nuru & Soapy when I visited Bangkok in November 2024. I chose Mira as my masseuse. She was such a sweetheart & so friendly the 1st time that I decided to book her for the 2nd time on my last day in Bangkok. She really made me feel like I was in heaven fr. As I’m visiting Bangkok once again in March 2025 imma make sure I pay a visit to Aya Massage Bangkok Nuru & Soapy yet again. I can’t wait 😍🙏

Been here 2 years in a row and had the best, friendliest experiences than any shop in Bangkok, I always ended up tipping the girls more because they were genuinely wonderful people.
This year however it was the worst. There seems to be several girls that just don't want to be there and will give you angry looks in the lineup/look away so you don't pick them and they can go back to their phones or worse, scam customers by giving them a bad massage for 30-45 mins and rush in the last 10mins or say there's no time when they pay for 1 hour fs. I thought it may have been a one off experience but I am seeing other similar complaints on google and forums. After it happened the second time on the night of 13th December, I walked out in the middle of the session for the first time ever.
The girl was silent and cold, insisted she massage first and spent 30 minutes rubbing oil on my back with no care, just waiting for the time to pass. Then she made a bunch of restrictions for even basic services even 5 star massage shops don't do, like she wanted you to just lie on the bed and not have to do any work. The whole experience was so painfully awkward... I could understand if they did this to a rude customer or someone that didn't maintain good hygiene.

Aya used to my regular massage place but it is on and off, sometimes good, sometimes bad. Just your luck whether staff or masseuse will be good. I have since been a regular at their sister shop but after a very bad experience with Snow I have found a new regular massage place in BKK as many options reviewed on forums, with better service.

This is a classic Bangkok bait-and-switch scam. I've never seen a "Deluxe Jacuzzi Suite" with uncontrollable water temperature, room lights not working, shower head was broken, and spraying water from both ends, blinding eyes. Freezing cold shower followed by a very poor quality and overpriced thai massage. The poor girl sadly fell on the slippery bathroom floor (perhaps because the lights in the bathroom don't work in the VIP deluxe jacuzzi suite) earlier that day, and had a mild injury, which I didn't know before the service, so she was hurting, bruised, and should have been removed from the floor. I left halfway through the service because it was that bad. Mamasan didn't really seem to care much when I shared my experience. She refunded less than 50% of the purchase price. I still tipped very well, but the poor management, talent of staff, upkeep of facilities, and customer service can not be hidden. Spend your money elsewhere.
EDIT: The business owner threatened to have me banned from the Kingdom of Thailand for the above review, after having acknowledged the 3500 Baht debt she owes me. I reached out to the Thai tourist police for an investigation and await a response.

I recently visited Aya Massage Parlor and had an exceptional experience. Mira, the therapist I had the pleasure of working with, made the visit memorable. Not only was she incredibly skilled, delivering a massage that was both relaxing and invigorating, but she also brought a warm and engaging personality to the session. Her kindness and attentiveness made the experience stand out, and her professional demeanor was a true highlight. I found it hard to keep my eyes off her attractiveness, but it was her expertise and sweet nature that truly made the visit worthwhile. Stumbled upon here on my last day of my trip. I got a session with the lovely Mira. I felt so relaxed and at ease and after. She had a good vibe. My only disappointment was that it was my last day on my trip or else I would have come back again. Definitely recommend and will be going back on my next trip

Hello, I’ve visited all the high end massage places in bkk, (research purposes 😉) and I only return to one place over and over again, the reason for this is a found the most professional experience by a considerable distance to be MIRA at AYA Massage, although there’s plenty of hot girls within AYA to chose from, nothing comes close to her level of skill and enthusiasm, a must visit for anyone travelling into bkk, 10/10 xx

I have a mixed experience. First time I went with my 2 friends, I chose Takky. She is awesome and gave a very memorable experience and did all that I requested. Because I had good experience on my first visit, and I liked another girl in the line up too, I decided that I will come back again. Hence I went next week (2nd time) and chose the girl ( she is very beautiful and you cant ignore her as she always lure you with signs and her gestures to choose her). I forgot her name but she always wears full white dress and a pair of white arm covers. But unfortunately, she is a total scam! she will always in a hurry. I guess to take more customers may be. I made a 60 mins booking but when it hit 40 mins , she said my time is up. but when I clarified I booked 60 mins and there is no way 60 mins has passed, she said we can chit chat for remaining time.
Also, during the 40 mins performance, she was very reluctant and was behaving like robot as telling me all rules and what can not be done. I asked for a BJ and she started putting condom. later when I was asking to change position, she said once I removed that will count as 1 shot and I need to pay for the 2nd shot. Note that I havent shot even once by that time :D. . After 40 mins whe was keep on asking if I m happy. God know why she thinks I will be happy.

I went here twice during my trip to Bangkok. The setting/rooms are excellent and the women were beautiful. I had amazing time with Beer and Lisa. My only regret is that I didn't come here more than twice.

Nice ladies. I'm disappointed that the third hour would be charged at 6500thb instead of 10k for the first 2 (5k average). I would've liked to have stayed longer and see how long I'd last and switching ladies could've been an option. Jacuzzi is quite small.

Had the best massage in BKK here with Sprite. She is an absolute gem with a great attitude and demeanor.

Experience did not meet expectations. Line up had many older girls and the one I chose tried to upsell midway and then ended the one hour session in 45 minutes. It was an assembly line process start to finish.

I went here today to try because of the good reviews on Google. I took the 60 minutes Deluxe experience with Ploy and it was so worth it. Recommended for a 100 percent. I will return for sure when I'm back in Bangkok.

I had a great time with Linda on August 17. I was there at 22:30 so I got 90minutes Jacuzzi room(it comes with 2 shots) as I didn't want to keep them opened for too late just for me. Very friendly and professional staff, everyone was smiling and I felt welcome. Interior is very clean and fancy, absolutely higher class feeling. Linda was amazing, she is very cute with attractive smile and shiny eyes. She has a great body and likes to make sexy eye contacts. She has a very positive attitude and took good care of me, washed every part of my body and we both had fun.

I was back again at Aya motivated by the pleasant experience I had with Lika about 7 months ago. I spent about an hour today with Venus who treated me with so much kindness and warmth that I am still thinking about her. Venus is one of a kind and gave me a GFE that I cannot ever forget. I wish her well and I hope God gives her a wonderful life. Thailand is truly the Land of Smiles and I can't wait to get back. The staff at Aya deserve a pat on the back for such amazing service, every time.

It was an okay-ish experience. I was excited after seeing 4.8 star raring on google but was disappointed with the actual experience. I paid for 60 mins but only got 50 mins because it was rushed. I’ve had a much better experience at soapies. I would rate the massage as 6/10 and the “happy” part as 3/10. Not worth a second visit and if you have been to a soapy then not even worth the first visit.
